Grace Spicer has one mission: Ban Boring Speeches.
In a world where live events are exploding, audiences are more discerning than ever, and human connection has become the most valuable currency in any room, the bar for what makes a truly great speaker has never been higher. Grace knows this better than most.
With nearly seven years embedded in the professional speaking world, including the world renowned TEDx Stage and as a freelance marketer working alongside businesses of every size, Grace developed a sharp eye for the gap that nobody was talking about.
Conferences were filling seats. Events were getting bigger. But the stages? They were falling flat recycled formats, performative polish, and messages that evaporated the moment the audience walked out of the door.
That gap became her purpose.
Grace founded Stageology for Speakers for the business owner who has something genuinely worth saying and hasn't yet found the voice, the structure, or the confidence to say it in a way that a modern audience will actually remember.
She brings charisma, cultural insight, and a deep understanding of what today's audiences are really craving: not more content, not more noise, but presence, honesty, and a speaker who makes them feel like the room was built for them.
