Grace Spicer is a Young Business Owner and professional speaker known for embracing her authentic self wherever she goes. Her unapologetic approach to life fueled her personal growth, and she is dedicated to helping others find their voice and unlock their true potential in the modern world.​

Graduating in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, Grace struggled to find her career path and purpose. Frustrated by the lack of support and understanding for young people, she documented an anthology highlighting the personal experiences of those aged 16 - 25 during the height of the pandemic. Generation Covid: How Young People Responded to the COVID-19 Crisis was published in April 2021 (and then updated in 2026) gaining attention from The Mayor of Milton Keynes, BBC Radio and most notably, TEDxUoBuckingham, where she ​spoke on the world renowned stage at just 20 years old.

Grace began her Business Journey in 2024 as a freelance Marketing and Operations Lead and now runs 2 of her own Businesses, Stageology for Speakers, which offers professional speaking training for business owners with a focus on building stage presence that are engaging with modern audiences. And Grace Spicer Virtual Assistant, offering marketing focused Virtual Assistant solutions with notable clients including Talkback UK, where she hosts the Spectrum of Strengths Podcast and the Carers Support Network led by Citizens Advice Milton Keynes.
